Get To Know Maurice

Maurice McCaney was born and raised in the Florence, Alabama and has been a life-long resident. Before earning his Juris Doctorate of Law at Cumberland School of Law, Maurice graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus in English from Samford University.

Continuing forward, Maurice became licensed to practice law in Alabama in 2014 which provided the foundation for his current role as Attorney at Woodruff & McCaney, LLC. Maurice continues to give back to his community and justice by participating on a board level in organizations, American Association of Christian Schools and Lauderdale County Republican Executive Committee.
